Holiday 2007

This year we went for a holiday to the Garda Lake, Italy. We combined it with visiting Roisin and Oscar's wedding at the Iseo Lake.

At the 3rd of August we arrived, after a stop in Switzerland, in Paratico, a lovely village at the Iseo Lake. We stayed in a hotel with a fantastic view over the Iseo Lake. We stayed here till the 7th of August.
The only thing Lisa wanted was swimming... we couldn't get her out of the water...

The 6th of August was the wedding day of Roisin and Oscar. Lisa (and Bridget as well, but she slept during the ceremony) were flowergirls and Lisa was also asked to give the rings, a big honour for here. After the ceremony there was a fantastic, afternoonlasting Italian dinner. We were sitting with opa and oma at the dinnertable.

The day after the wedding, we went to the Garda Lake. We stayed in a caravan at a camping site.

. Unfortunalty we didn't have sunny wheather all the time. During our day out to Verona we had a lot of rain.

Cycling without help

Today papa took the small wheels at the back from my bike. When I ride my bike I don't use them anymore. After a few minutes learning how tot start and stop, I know how tot do it... I love it, I'm a big girl now.!

Dolphins

Today we went to see the dolphins. This was a day out with papa's colleques. We visited several shows, of course the dolphins but also other animals from the sea. There was a playground too, always good fun.

Last schoolday

Today, it was the last schoolday for the summerholidys. That means dress-up, playing games and eating pancakes at school, mmmmm..
Lisa was dressed as a spanih dancer.

Day out

Today,we went out for the day with our friends and our parents> In the morning we first went to familiepark Nienoord, but because of the rain which arrived after an hour or so, we went to an inside playground,De Apekooi. Here we absolutly enjoyed ourselves .

Schooltrip

Today Lisa went on a schooltrip. They went to a fairytailpark with a playground. At nine in the morning they left school by bus with teachers Annemarie, Réne and a few mothers. At lunch time there was chips, a drink and afterwards icecream. Lisa had a good time, in the evening she was very tired.

Soccer

Playing wit a ball is fun according to Bridget. This afternoon she played soccer with papa. Together they had a lot of fun.

Swimming

Since 6 weeks Lisa is having swimming lessons. Every Wednesday afternoon we go to the pool, where she, with a maximum of 5 other kids, is learning how to swim. The first weeks she didn't like it, but now she thinks it's great fun. Keep up the good work, Lisa!

Chickentoast

Today, Lisa and mama made a 'chickentoast' for all of us. We started with collecting alle the ingredients.

Lisa made the chickens in the bread.After that she filled them wit an egg.Then they have to go in the oven.Have a nice mealWeel done, Lisa!
